  • I’m only interested in a tailor-made holiday, is this possible?

    Yes, absolutely. If you have specific ideas for your holiday and you would like to adapt a break to suit, then please contact us. Pretty much anything is possible!
  • I only have a ‘point and shoot’ camera, does that exclude me?

    No, not at all. While it's true that to get the most benefit from the photography workshops and tours it's better to have a camera with at very least the facility of setting aperture priority, you can still benefit from some wonderful locations and useful hints. You may also have access to a Nikon DSLR to get you started if you so wish.
  • What about the weather?

    Well we can organise pretty much anything, but I'm afraid this is a little out of our league! The weather is of course never 100% certain, so we do have alternative locations and things planned for such eventualities. It's worth remembering though that sometimes angry skies give the most dramatic results! Anyway, so far no-one has gone home unhappy....
  • Is my deposit refundable if I have to cancel?

    The deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid the total amount for your trip and have to cancel at the last minute you will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund, as we will still have to pay the travel, hotel and tutor costs. We advise you to take out insurance for your trip against flight delays and other eventualities that may prevent you from being able to take part.
  • Can I be sure that the accommodation mentioned on the website will be what I receive?

    Generally yes, but occasionally the unforeseen happens and we may have to seek alternative accommodation of a similar or better standard in the advent of lack of availability or suchlike. This should in no way affect your tour or workshop, and I'm afraid we can't offer refunds should this occur. But don't worry, it hardly ever happens!
  • I am a bit of a beginner, will I still benifit from the holiday?

    Very much so. The format of the holidays are small groups, so I'll get to spend a fair amount of time with each person if and when necessary. All levels of photography are catered for, from beginner to pro.
  • What do I need to bring?

    You will receive a full list of 'essentials' of both equipment and clothing when you sign up for a photo workshop or tour. Don't worry, though, it's all pretty standard stuff.
  • Can I stay extra nights at the hotel?

    Yes absolutely. Just email us with your requirements and we'll sort it out for you as we may benefit from a better rate than the hotel generally offers.
  • Do I have to have accomodation included, or can I make my own arrangments?

    You can certainly make your own arrangements, and the price of the break would change accordingly. If you need any help finding accommodation, apartments or camp sites, we may be able to help. Please email us for details.
  • How do I pay?

    You can pay the deposit online via credit card or Paypal. 8weeks before your trip you will be sent a balance request by email. You can pay the balance either by bank transfer or credit card using Paypal (Paypal details on www.paypal.com) or if you would like to pay in pounds sterling then by bank transfer to our UK account with the exchange rate calculated the day of the transaction using XE.com. Whichever method you decide on, you will be sent the appropriate details. Balance payments made through Paypal will incur a 5% surcharge.
  • How do I book?

    Please book using the automated system on the website, as it is updated every day. If you encounter any difficulties in doing so, please contact us and we will send you the appropriate form to complete and email back. You can also call us on 0033 671 003 769. 8 weeks before the trip we'll send you some more info - what to bring etc - and at this point it would be time for you to pay the balance on your trip. As soon as you have all your travel details, please send them to us so we can organise airport pick-ups etc.
